The Alachua County "Illegal" Gun Bounty Program is a partnership between the Alachua County Sherriff's Office and Alachua County Crime Stoppers that aims to get illegal guns off the streets. This program rewards tipsters with $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest and seizure of an illegal gun or one used in a crime.
It's simple:To report an illegal gun or if you know that someone has used a gun in a crime, call 
and you could be $1,000 richer!
AlachuaCrimeStoppers.org, the web site is published monthly by Heart of Florida Crime Stoppers. The likeness of
suspects are supplied by the Alachua County Sheriff''s Office, Warrants Division and/or the Gainesville Police Department. The cases are active at the time of publication unless otherwise noted. Alachua County Crime Stoppers, Inc. d/b/a Heart of Florida Crime Stoppers and/or their volunteers and/or employees are jointly and individually exempt from any and all liability which might arise as a result of the publication of public records.
