About Gilchrist County Crime Stoppers

How Does it Work?

No Names…No Faces…No Hassles…

Information on unsolved crimes, location or involvement of suspects/wanted criminals, felonious criminal activity, and other information which may result in the arrest of area criminals is helpful.

Information is called in to our 24-hour anonymous tips line (352) 463-7867 and is forwarded to the investigating law enforcement agency for follow-up. If the information leads to an arrest, Crime Stoppers pays!

The Crime Stoppers program has assisted in the arrests of over 481 felons, cleared 622 cases, recovered property valued at more than $500,000 and seized drugs with a street value of over $750,000. Rewards approved for tips which assisted in these cases totaled $82,880!
